finally got a chance to watch 'the football factory' and it wasn't all that bad.. as far as movies about violence for the sake of violence go, it was actually quite well done. not 'fight club' well done, but in a different way. it managed to make some points, and managed to make me laugh. somewhat like 'human traffic' did, and even had some of the same actors.
it's a brit movie, so i dunno if they're gonna release it here when they do over there (sometime in 2K4). but if it does come out over here, i'm quite likely to catch it.
im sad that it's come to this, having to preview movies before deeming them worthy of my $20 at the big screen. but the industry did it to themselves. pumping out shite after shite after shite. that considered, why the fuck SHOULDN'T we all be previewing the movies before dishing out the cash?
i don't think it's much to ask that a movie not SUCK ASS before we're asked to dish out $20 for a 2hr rental of a comfy chair.
but what do i know. i'm just a technician.
