Finally saw Ultraviolet today. Overall I liked the story, but the dialog was weak. The visuals were amazing, very sleek and stylish. The effects were quite good, except for the vehicles. It was strange, the backgrounds were detailed, full on radiosity rendered backdrops. But the vehicles they put on top of them were raytraced objects at best. They did not match nor compliment each others visual styles at all. Also peoples faces had a strange surface blur (not quite smart blur, just a surface blur [had an argument about that while watching the movie]), the surface blur wasn't bad per se, just out of the ordinary so I felt a need to mention it.
Milla looked great in the movie, and solely for the amount of screen time her stomach gets, this movie should win an Oscar. Perfection.
