On this balmy March day, we decided to run for the hills (ya, that was an Iron Maiden reference ; ) for one last snowboarding excursion. Conditions were what they call "spring conditions" which is a polite term for "stupidly wet". The snow was slush and hard to edge into, meaning that a lot of speed was picked up, and was freaking me out because that is exactly the type of snow I always get hurt on. That's why I took extra care to slow down and not hot dog it today.
Took one run in the half-pipe, and a very wet ride down the middle of a stream carved into one of the trails. Fun, fun wet stuff. I'm done writing since it was an other wise uneventful close to the season.
