Paul informed me last night that the ComicCon was happening today. So after a short *gasp* I said "Lets do it". And off we went, earlier in the noon of this fine day.
The convention was pretty small and as the title suggest mainly Comic based, which is to say that the Toys we were insterested in finding were sparse and far between. In fact I got none, except for this nifty Mario "World 7-1" canon diorama.
But there was an awsome vendor who specializes in comic/fantasy/movie art books. I got the new HDI "Manga Manhwa Manhua" art book, the follow up to their "Japanese Comickers".
I also acquired artist Ashley Wood's compilation art book - "Grande Fanta v.2 - ashley wood artwork 2000-2004". Being a huge fan of his work, this book is most tasty to say the least.

The vendor had so many nice books I could barely walk away from it without wanting to rush to the ATM for a cash refill. But somehow I managed to walk away. But if he shows up at the Canadian National Expo this August as he said he would, well, I can't make any promises about my self control.
