I just watched the last 10 minutes of an episode of CSI, and it only took 10 mins for them to piss me off so insanely much. Why the fuck don't they get the "science" part out of the way all together and get some guy and his loyal unicorn to come in and solve the crimes? Cause at least that way they could stop making up bullshit forensic science and just explain things away by saying its a fantasy show, a la Xena or some such crap.

Anyone remember Homicide: Life on The Streets? Now that was a good depiction of a crime scene investigation, and it had a proper, realistic depiction of forensic science. Shit even Quincy was more realistic than CSI, and he would miss half the clues the first time he investigated anything!
