How to combat dry skin checklist
-Are you drinking water? Drink LOTS!! of water in the winter (especially if drinking lots of liquor)
-exfoliating to much CAN dry the skin (stripping it of its natural oils or some shit like that)
-moisturize daily (something that doesn't have all that perfumy crap in it, cause that can be drying also) maybe like something with aloe vera or coca butter
-Dont use super hot water to bath/shower
and I think thats pretty much all I got
flake on.
