...and kill all the coyotes I see!!
It's a god damn infestation. Every single day, at least 3 times a day (just happened again as I was writing this), I hear my dog go insane. Insane barking = coyotes.
The coyote today puts the number I've seen in 1 year, to be higher than the number I've ever seen combined in my years on this planet. It's easily in double digits. Again... just that I have seen with my own eyes. How many have there actually been?? The number is uncountable.
Mac has already had a duel with one, so he thinks he's king shit, but todays events were even better. This time I got to see the standoff.
On my side of the road was Mac.
That coyote had no idea where to go, cuz both dogs were blocking the paths. The coyote kept walking back and forth on the road, looking for an opening. Eventually Mac stood down, but chased the coyote away from our territory.
It was great!!
I called the pest control, because this is becoming far far far too frequent of an issue for both our house and the neighbour. I mean, there are kids that either live in the area or come to visit or a regular basis. Mac and the other dog shouldn't be burdened by this every day, all day.
The pest control people, once I said the word 'coyote' immediately gave the impression of "we're not dealing with that bullshit" and suggested that we call the township. The township department that deals with this type of issue, isn't going to be back in the office until I leave for India.
Now isn't that just downright helpful!!
