This time, who knows what tales will be told? Could they be any more detailed and outlined than the last visit.... I doubt it!! :p
Anyway, I need this vacation sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I am absolutely exhausted from working so much and doing so much shit with no time off for my brain to settle. Always thinking of methods to improve your staff and support level needs to be rewarded with time off.
The funny thing is, I'm not only going there for management of my staff. I'm being used like an intellectual whore who everyone has the rights to utilize.
50% of my time will be for my staff.
50% of my time will be for training other shit to different people.
...and more than likely, it will be expected of me that I be the one to develop the training plan. To that I raise my middle finger, because I may be wearing a whore's uniform, but I am no whore. They have to give me what is to be trained, and I will do it.
Even writing this now, I'm so bloody exhausted from everything. Life, love, work, etc....
Never before have I looked so forward to a vacation with no destination. I usually never cared to take vacation days. Now I NEED them, or my brain will just cave to the pressure.
Maybe when I get back (in February or March), there might be clarity to situations that are currently up in the air.
