Well I finally found out what was wrong with me when I got back from India.
Yes, the same India trip I have yet to blog about.

I had a Campylobacter Infection.

Most people who get campylobacteriosis recover completely within 2 to 5 days, although sometimes recovery can take up to 10 days.

Took me 13 days!!!

Those chicken sandwiches in the Bombay airport were good, but man did they do a number on me.
