I spoke with the director of a co-ed baseball league today and he's sending me the signup package in the mail tomorrow. The games are on Thursdays.

I told him I want 3rd base (like the old days) and to play at the Rep level, because I was quite the superstar before I blew out the knee. With this god given bat speed and natural talent for the game, I should be bringin' in the pussy with every swing.

So now all I need is for the batting cages to finally open and a 'playing catch' partner to warm up the ol' skills and I'll be ready to knock em out of the park like when I was a punk teenager.

I also fired off an email to the league director at the Ice Gardens to see about playing some summer hockey. I don't care what team I play on and with how rusty I am at hockey, I told him Wed nights and a 'D' division team. So I am eagerly anticipating his reply. Hope there's a chance available to join as an individual without a team.
