Realistically, the solution wasn't THAT difficult.
I just hadn't taken the proper angle at solving the problem.
One command did it for me: spamassassin -t -D < [spam message]
2nd thing solved: (possibly)
I think these anti-inflammatory pills i'm taking are causing the cankers. I never gave too much thought to it, but the timing seems to match and that could be why they aren't going away after all this time.

Celebrex is a prescription medicine used to treat cold and canker sores.It looks like this stuff is having the reverse effect on me. So starting tomorrow (since I already took it tonight) I am no longer going to be taking these pills sent by the devil.
